Chavoosh Innovations Studio is a corporate VC and our approach to celebrating innovations at Chavoosh. The entity is structured as a Startup Studio, operating independently but closely inside our firm. New ideas from our different teams or corporate management which need further research and development are selected and defined as projects here. A talent pool of younger ambitious programmers supplies the resources for projects in form of sub-teams. A matrix approach is in place to ensure efficient project management and resource allocation to each project during its life cycle.
Our innovation studio is closely working with the industry. Projects funded by our partners or by corporate venture capital and guidance and field expertise are provided through mentorship. Successful projects may continue as separate businesses or as a new product inside funding partners.
